Q. Who is Associations Forum?
A: Associations Forum Pty Ltd facilitates the sharing of knowledge, information and experience among not for profit organisations. With its mission of ‘Bringing AssociationsTogether to Boost Performance’ it provides training and education on governance, membership, marketing, IT,
policy & lobbying and communications.
A commercial entity, Associations Forum operates as a user group for all not for profit organisations. Members include professional, trade and industry associations, sporting groups, charities and special cause groups.

Q. How do I register for the conference?
A. Register online or download a registration form and return to Associations Forum.
Q. How much will it cost attend the conference?

Q. When does early bird end?
A: Early bird ends on Friday 25 May 2012.
Q. What is covered in the registration cost?
A: Expert presentations at the conference, conference morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas, Welcome drinks on Tuesday 24 July, Conference dinner on Wednesday 25 July, Optional fitness session on Thursday 26 July.
Q. How much does it cost for additional tickets for the Welcome drinks & the Conference dinner?
A: Welcome drinks – $55
Conference dinner – $150
Q. How do I register for the fitness session?
A: If you would like to register for the fitness session, please register your interest to Tahlene at TAL Health Consulting at info@talhealthconsulting.com.au

Q. What is the dress code?
A: The dress codes for the conference events are:
Welcome drinks - smart casual
Conference - smart casual or business attire
Conference dinner – cocktail
Fitness session – Gym gear
Q. Where will the dinner be held?
A: Plaza Ballroom, Plaza Level, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre
Q. Where will the welcome drinks be held?
A: Plaza North Terrace, Plaza Level, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre
Q. Where and when will the fitness session be held?
A: The fitness session will be held outdoors on Thursday 26 July at 6:30-7:30am. Attendees are to meet in the hotel lobby of Rydges Southbank next to the BCEC.
Q. What do I bring for the fitness session?
A: Sneakers, water bottle, towel and sunscreen.
Sponsorship & Exhibition
Q. Is my company able to book an exhibition space?
A: Yes, we invite you to exhibit your product or service in the conference trade exhibition. The AFNC 2012 exhibition is located on the same level as the conference educational sessions will be situated where refreshment breaks will be held.
