Workshop 1:
The Business Model Innovation Lab: Using Scenario Thinking and Game Mechanics to create stakeholder value
Friday 29 July, 2011
8.30am – 12.30pm
Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre
As many associations continue to struggle with questions of value creation, revenue generation and other pressing concerns, the biggest opportunity to thrive is in thinking about not who they are but what they do. Here’s how to start making that shift.
The Business Model Innovation Lab will create an interactive experience in which participants will use a combination of scenario thinking, game mechanics and visual tools to develop novel business model concepts for their organisations. The Business Model Innovation Lab will help association leaders question their assumptions, imagine new possibilities and prepare their organizations for long-term success.
